1. For Dealers and Rights-Holders: Content Corrections and Removal
Milivault's goal is to help collectors discover listings and then visit the original dealer site. What to include in your request:

- The original source URL(s) (if applicable)
- What you are requesting: correct data, remove a specific listing, remove images, opt out entirely, etc.

- Your contact information: Name, email address, and phone number (optional)
Where to send your request:

2. DMCA Copyright Infringement Claims (United States)
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe that content on Milivault infringes your copyright under United States law, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Your DMCA notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered)
- Identification of the infringing material on Milivault, including the URL(s) or location(s) where it appears

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the person who posted it (if applicable).
3. Counter-Notification (DMCA)
If you believe that content you posted was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under the DMCA.
Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address

Where to send your counter-notification:
Email: milivaultweb@gmail.com
Subject line: "DMCA Counter-Notification"
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content after 10-14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking an injunction.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Milivault will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
