Description

M1931 WW2 Belgian 'Adrian' steel helmet in combat unworn condition. this would be a so called 'last-ditch' or ersatz type helmet, most likely made in 1940. The helmet received a very 'economic' thin layer of paint and the liner and chin strap inside are civil types. These helmets were made like this, most likely because shortage of materials so close to the German invasion in 1940. Chin strap is broken but remains complete. Exterior looks wonderful and unissued. A very nice late produced M31 adrian helmet!
