WW1 French Army Great Coat 39th Infantry

Original French army greatcoat complete with its original shoulder straps. Insignia denotes 39th Infantry. Some buttons on the front are replacements however the majority on the back of the coat are the originals. Original cotton lining inside with deep Hessen pockets. Several stamps visible, a few to the LA costume company but the original factory stamp is present and appears to date the cost to 1917. A really nice example with only very minimal moth nips. Quite a bit of staining most noticeable on the arms. A lovely coat very hard to find in this condition. Especially with shoulder straps! More photos of this item can be provided on request.
