Original period manufacture.  US M1905 bayonet, the classic service bayonet of the AEF 1917-1918. Cleaned steel & patina finish to the SA (Springfield) 1918 marked blade, serial number 893128. Even steel patina finish remains in the fullers and remainder of the blade. Intelligent sharpening to the blade edge. Darker steel patina finish to the guard and pommel, with a pair of smooth finish walnut grips. The lock button works as it should. Nice quality replica Army style canvas covered scabbard.
