Original era manufacture. A quality 28 inch chromed steel blade with etched panels on each side. The blade runs straight and true, with no corrosion issues.Gilded finish to the brass guard and pommel, imitation fishskin grip, bound with triple strand wire. Period correct original sword knot wrapped around the guard.Black leather covered alloy scabbard with bright finish to the brass fittings.A very clean example of the classic Navy officers sword.
