German WH Dog-Tag '2. Battr.Res. Scheinw.-abt.148'

In a nice used condition a German Wehrmacht Dog-Tag (or Erkennungsmarke). The zinc made dogtag is nicely marked '2. Battr.Res. Scheinw.-abt.148' indicating use by a member of the 2.Batterie Reserve (Flak) Scheinwerfer Abteilung 148. The abteilung was formed in August 1939 in Köln with 3 batteries. In June 1942 it was moved to Vlissingen, Holland, where it stayed before moving to Berlin by November 1943. Here it remained the rest of the war. In July 1942 it was renamed Flakscheinwerfer-Abteilung 148.
