Dutch Proclamation Leaflet 'Eisenhower'

In a very good condition a Dutch Proclamation Leaflet signed by Dwight D Eisenhower, commander of the Allied forces in western Europe during World War II. The leaflet says the Dutch Citizen that the day of liberation has come.
