Interesting German army Soldbuch with many entries including one to a machine gun battalion of a fortress unit 'Festung-MG-Btl.72' towards the end of the war. Various entries in this book regarding units served ( Beginning with Landshutze Battalion ) with much accompanying paperwork still contained within the covers. Shows kit issue of various items with 'Pistole' Training entry & interestingly issue of Anti gas equipment ' Hautengiftungsmittel , Verbandspackchen & Gasplane ' on 6th February 1945.
