WW1 German M16 Camouflage Helmet

A stunning WW1 German M16 three tone camouflage helmet with the regulation thick black dividing lines between each segment as per theLudendorff order of 1918 . A helmet that has seen much trench wear the classic colours of dark brown , tan ochre & forest green paint have been incorporated into the design. All of the liner pins are undisturbed & original to the helmet with leather M16 liner band intact. All three of the cushion pad holders are heavily worn but present with all three original internal cushions still within each. Age patina to the underside of the shells rim has obscured its maker & size however faint handwriting to one of the leather pads is still partly visible.
