Original era manufacture. A well made, serviceable example with a very sharp blade measuring 13 inches in length. There are two flutes ground into the blade on each side, with a makers marking on the reverse ricasso. Steel grip with leaf type decoration on each side. Original green velvet covered wooden bodied scabbard in fair condition. Extreme care must be taken when either inserting or drawing the blade from the scabbard, as the scabbard edges have opened up and the sharp blade edges will now pass through the opening during the process. Normal age and wear.
