US Pre WWI Canvas T-Handle Shovel Cover, RIA 1909

Original era manufacture. Early 1909 shovel cover in a tan canvas, with RIA 1909 markings on the back of the cover. Modified for later use by the addition of a brass 1910 pattern belt hook and canvas support on the reverse. Sound used condition.
