Early army (Heer) infantry visor cap 'Schirmmütze' by Erel Extra

Description

Beautiful early pre-war constructed army visor cap. Beautiful visor, still holding the genuine saddle shape. Bright white piping for infantry surrounds the hat. The cap is complete with its first pattern bullion embroidered cocarde on the front and a early Cupal (copper/aluminum) constructed national eagle. The bullion cocarde and chin strap show nice patina and oxidation. The cap remains void of damages and was minimal worn in my opinion. The inside is complete and the celluloid sweat shield remains present, and is marked By Erel Extra. The sweatband is complete but shows a few cracks and repairs. The hat has a very large size approximately 59. A beautiful early officer visor cap by Robert Lubstein.
