Wehrmacht Mess Kit M31 & Strap

Wehrmacht M31 Mess Kit (Kochgeschirr 31). The 'Kochgeschirr 31' was introduced on 23 March 1931. This is a nice original early war all aluminum construction mess kit. The mess kit is nicely matching maker marked on both parts with 'VDNS39' indicating production in 1939. The mess kit still retains most of its original fieldgrey paint. It comes with a late war RB.Nr. marked equipment strap that fits around the mess kit, these straps are very difficult to find. Nice original example in very good condition.
