Austrian Post WWI Officers Sword and Sheath, WK&C Mfg

Original era manufacture. Polished steel blade measuring 29 inches in length with the WKC logo on the ricasso. The blade is clean, runs fairly straight with a slight drift to the right about 4 inches back from the point. Slight evidence of an old sharpening attempt on the cutting edge, nothing dreadful. Chromed steel guard is very nice, fish skin wrapped grip bound with triple strand wire. Fairly dent-free steel scabbard with an older repaint of the black finish. Minor denting just above the drag. Fixed type carrying ring with a standing loop next to the ring on the reverse of the scabbard.
