Pair of Brown K98 Ammo Pouches

This is a nice pair of Wehrmacht Brown K98 Ammo Pouches (Patronentaschen). The basis design of the ammunition pouches was virtually unchanged since the introduction of this pattern in 1909. This pair is made of light-brown uncoloured leather, both pouches are complete with all partitions. The pouches are nicely maker marked with 'RB.Nr. 0/0396/0027'. These brown pouches could have been used by Heer and/or Luftwaffe units and were also issued in the tropical regions. Hard to find original matching pair in mint and unissued condition.
