German Pre WWI 15th Bavarian Infantry Regiment Watch Fob, 1910

Original era manufacture. A very intricate and well made watch fob of the pre-WWI era. Measuring 8.25 inches in length, with an octagon shaped tab at the top, from which 2 stylized Gewehr 88 rifles are suspended, with the butts of the rifles providing support for a shield-shaped device, which in turn, suspends a bullet-shaped pendant. Period engraving on the octagon and shield, honoring a march competition in 1910.
