British WWI, Handheld Trench Periscope, Mk IX, Beck Ltd 1918

Original era manufacture. A dark olive green painted brass tube, with an adjustable eyepiece at bottom. Removable wooden handle for ease in storage and transport.The optics are viewable, but a bit murky, but you can definitely make out what you are looking at, and the eyepiece can be focused. Normal age and wear overall, only scattered areas of the paint remains on the brass tube.
