US M1892 30-40 Krag Bayonet, 1899 Blade Date

Original era manufacture. Bright polished steel blade with a 1899 date on the  ricasso, no issues beyond some age spotting and staining to the blade surface, and one very small nick in the edge. Mix of bright steel finish to the guard and pommel with light surface corrosion, original wood grips which display typical light marring and denting from service use, no cracks or chips. Steel patina finish to the scabbard and hanger, with a few small dents and spots of scattered mottling to the surface.
