German WWII District Council of the NSDAP 1939, Oberbergischer Kreis-This tinnie is a round, matte gray bakelite, that measures 4cm in diameter. There is a large crest in the center, topped by a spread wing eagle. The badge is makers marked, “Walgo Kierspe” and has an 'RZM' marking with code 'M9/20′. Complete with horizontal pin on the reverse.
