Description

Gilt-brass 30mm dia. circular medal showing the scouts fleur-de-lys superimposed on a swastika, a design used until 1834 by which time Nazi Germany monopolised the symbol.. The reverse is plain flat with the engraved details of the recipient 'W.E.Marsh 17.10.34'. and the stamped manufacturer's name 'Collins London'. The medal is suspended from its original plain green ribbon with a gilt pin-back suspension-bar. The medal is in extremely fine condition.
