Iraq : Army Golden Jubilee Medal (1921-1971).

Large gilt-bronze medal, 43mm dia complete with original pin-back ribbon. The obverse shows a helmeted soldier with a bugle surrounded by an arabic inscription which translates as 'Prepare for them as much as you can. Golden Jubilee of the Iraqi Army 1921-1971'. The reverse is plain pebbled with the tiny makers mark 'Huguenin. Swiss made'. Excellent condition.
