Pre WW1 PERIOD PORCELAIN PIPE BOWL with hand painted portrait of KAISER WILHELM. 15 CMS in length with silver plated flip up cap. Ribbed end to fit pipe stem is undamaged. Hand painted full colour portrait of Kaiser Wilhelm. GRADE 9 Condition: Very Good , No chips or cracks ( see photos)
