BRITISH WW2 LIGHTER - ERITREA 1945

Unusual style of lighter, possibly locally made? Alloy and brass rectangular case with flip up top and lonG side wheel . Tortoiseshell inlay On one side. Engraved Tessie or Jessie and ERITREA 1945. Note: the side striker wheel is similar to Dunhill lighters.
