USA VINTAGE KA-BAR SPORTING KNIFE.

Excellent sporting knife made by KA-BAR. Alloy pommel, leather grip, short guard and 4.5 inch blade with slight clip back tip. Blade stamped Ka-bar at the ricasso. The style of the name suggests post WW2 vintage. In it's russet brown leather scabbard with stitched and rivetted edge , integral belt loop and leather hilt retainer strap. NOT military issue, although many such sporting knives found their way to the front lines of many conflicts. Grade 8+++
