'Civil Defence Instructor' post 1953 Lapel-badge.

A nice original cold war period 'Civil Defence Instructor' silver plated badge, 34mm high.. Blue enamel oval surmounted by a Queen's crown. The reverse is complete with buttonhole fitting and bears the maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt, London'. Excellent condition. The Civil Defence organisation was disbanded In 1968.
