White metal badge with a slider fixing on the reverse. The slider is stamped with the manufacturer's mark 'J. R. Gaunt B'ham' The QOYY existed between 1956 and 1971 and its badge is still worn today as a collar-badge by the Yorkshire squadron of The Queen's Own Yeomanry.
