Third Reich : GFM Erwin Rommel Commemorative Medal together with three Rommel related German Magazines.

Zinc-based medallion, 40mm dia showing a typical uniformed head-and-shoulders portrayal of Rommel. Around the edge is 'Generalfeldmarschall Rommel'. The reverse is plain flat. The medal looks to have had an antique-silver finish which is now largely worn off. The three A4 sized magazines are all in German but feature hundreds of photos, both coloured and black & white. Articles cover Rommel's life, battles, uniforms and awards, obituaries of DAK men, etc. etc. They are : a) 'Die Oase' (The Oasis). Magazine of the Afrikakorps fist published during the war in Africa. This is Issue 1 for 2014. b) 'Rommel' special issue covering all aspects of his life and death. Published 2014. c) 'Kameraden' soldier's magazine volume 713 issued in September 2014. All in excellent condition.
