A USAAF General information restricted bulletin dated 1942. 40 pages in good condition. Ink stamped on the front Chief of Staff 8th Air Force command. Contains information on the first year of the war ( Note - not the first year for us here in Britain) Distributed to USAAF squadrons on British and German Balloon Barrages, Storage of Explosives, Low Level Attack etc.
