Gurkha Transport Regiment Staybrite Cap-badge.

Gilt and silver anodised two-piece riveted construction EiiR badge complete with slider fixing on the reverse. Originating in 1958 as The Gurkha Army Service Corps, the regiment has had a number of name changes It became the Gurkha Transport Regiment in 1965 but in 2001 it was again renamed as The Queen's Own Gurkha Logistic Regiment. The badge has remained basically the same, throughout, only the name on the title-scrolls changing.
