A Vintage Silver-Plated Baby Rattle & Whistle in form of The Nursery Rhyme “Cat and The Fiddle”

Here on offer is a vintage silver-plated ( I think) baby rattle and whistle, depicting the nursery rhyme “Cat and the Fiddle”. The main body is a cat playing a fiddle that it is attached to an ebonised wooden handle, complete with a metal suspension loop at the end. Attached to the top of the cat's head is a thin whistle, that still works perfectly. There are four round plated “rattle” balls, attached to the main body by metal links, two on each side. The rattle is in excellent condition undamaged condition. It measures 6.4” (16.2cm) long and weighs 38g. Please see my pictures for the details of the condition, which complement this description.
