1870 Iron Cross Second Class with 25 year Anniversary Oakleaves on 3 place medal bar.

Absolutely stunning 3 place padded medal bar comprising an 1870 Iron Cross Second Class with attached 25 year Anniversary Oakleaves awarded in 1895. Cross has a silver frame and magnetic iron core and is in excellent condition. The 25 year silver Oakleaves are securely attached and are in crisp condition. 1870/1871 campaign medal in near mint condition (manufactured from the melted down captured French guns), with Metz and Gravelotte St. Privat attached battle clasps. 1897 Wilhelm I Centenary medal also in near mint condition with crisp details. Backed in red wool. Perfectly working hinge, pin and clasp. A very desirable and rare 1870 medal bar.
