German Helmet Chamber Pot (Nachttopf). Many items were left behind at the end of the war, some companies decided to transform them into items for civil use. The enamelled chamber pot is made of a recycled German Army helmet (Stahlhelm), these were sold by the Dutch 'Hema' store in the early post-war years.
