Rare 1914 Iron Cross Second Class on Women's bow by Godet.

Very nice condition 1914 EKII by the Court Jewellers Godet mounted on a rarely seen bow for awarding to women (although bow mounted Crosses were also worn by male recipients). Government standard pre 1916 unmarked 938 grade silver frame with a black finished magnetic iron core. The ribbon ring has been cut and shaped to resemble a back to front B, the Iron Cross bow ribbon has then been sewn to the ribbon ring. Ring is stamped G for Godet. Unusual piece and very collectable.
