Excellent condition Hoffmann postcard featuring Luftwaffe Hauptmann Werner Baumbach 27.12.1916 - 20.10.1953. Baumbach was a highly decorated Luftwaffe Bomber pilot and was the holder of the Knights Cross with Oakleaves and Swords. He also was a recipient of the Pilot Observer Badge with Diamonds. Postally unused.
