1870 Iron Cross Second Class with rare case and long ribbon.

Extremely desirable and scarce 1870 EKII. Real silver frame and a black finished magnetic iron core. Absolutely superb crisp frame with high relief details to the core. True 1870 Iron Crosses are always of the highest quality. Only the lightest of wear. An original early 1870 issued Cross. Typical large ribbon ring. Complete with a dark burgundy tooled leather fitted case in excellent condition. Off white velvet interior with a fitted recess for the Cross. White silk padded interior lid with silk bands for retaining the ribbon. Silk separator with no damage. Superb high quality Imperial Iron Cross ribbon in excellent condition. 12.5 inches/32cm in length!! A superb cased Cross that would be difficult to upgrade!
