Royal Navy rayon cap-tally 3cms wide x 106cms long with 'F.O.N.A.' machine-woven in gold thread. This tally was worn by sailors attached to FONA from 1993 to 2000. FONA was then superceded by Flag Officer Maritime Aviation (FOMA).
