Taxidermy of a Professionally Mounted and Framed Fox Skull

Here on offer is a great example of taxidermy that shows a professionally mounted and framed Fox Skull, possible a red fox. The skull has been cut in half down the centre and mounted into a sealed glass fronted 'shadow box'. The frame is finished in a wonderful antique gilt finish and is in excellent condition and has a brass wall fixing on the back. The frame measures 10.5” (26.7cm) by 8.5” (21.5cm) and is 2.75” (7cm) deep. It weighs 770g. Please see my pictures for the details of the condition, which complement this description.
