BRD : Early Bundeswehr Official Photo of a Raketenwerfer 110 SF (Rocket launcher).

Original official photo 17.5cms x 13cms ,from the West German Ministry of Defence (Verteidigungsministerium) showing a couple of Rocket launchers 110 SF. This piece of equipment consisted of two eighteen-barrel rocket-launchers on a rotating mount carried on a LKW 7t gl vehicle. All the rockets were 110mm calibre, electrically fired and had a maximum effective range of 15,000 mtrs although the normal range was between 900 and 14,000 mtrs. The photo shows two of these systems in operation, the nearest having just fired. The reverse of the photo is blank. Excellent condition.
