Photo 17cms x 11.5cms showing a group of civic dignitaries (most of whom appear to be wearing party membership badges) with a well-decorated Allgemeine-SS man from a cavalry unit (Reiterstandarte) within SS-Abschnitt XVII . The reverse has a handwritten note 'Krefeld, 17 Sept 1933' and the stamp of a photographers in Darmstadt.
