Imperial : German WW1 Original 'Kriegsnachrichtenblatt' (War News Sheet).

World War 1 original German war news sheet dated 15 August 1918 issued to the troops to keep them informed of the general war situation. The double-sided sheet is 21cms x 16cms with a small tear in the bottom edge plus corner pin-holes which tend to indicate that it was displayed on a board at some stage. There is a handwritten note which looks like 'Epilegny Somme' and initialled CWL 3/9/1918. This could be where, when and by whom it was picked up. Delicate but for its age in very good condition. Scarce.
