WWII US Army Air Force Chart Pei-p'ing Pekin China

A US AAF Escape map first edition. Issued by US War and Navy Department NJ50 detailing the area of China around Peking. Made of Acetate Rayon, and printed in 1943 this map is in SUPERB condition for its age! Being double-sided, covers Peking and Ryojun. Indicates various locations of lakes, seas, towns, villages, cities, and elevations….as well as seasonal currents and longitude/latitude degree markings. Though there are a few folds, there are NO marks, stains, or damage…and the colors are good! Some slight fraying, but that is expected, due to the age.
