Brown booklet containing 32 pages issued to Eugen Walter from Oppeln and contains his photo riveted in showing him wearing RAD uniform with the rank of Truppführer. In 1943 he reached the rank of Oberfeldmeister. Plenty of entries throughout the book but sadly on page 15 (Orden und Ehrenzeichen) someone has spuriously added the award of the Blood Order !! There are various entries authorising him to carry a pistol. Minor wear but generally good condition and quite scarce.
