Pakistan : 1988 Democracy Medal.

This medal, instituted in 1988, is also known as the Pakistan Jamhuriat and was awarded to service personnel and others in recognition of work in safeguarding democracy in Pakistan. The suspension-bar is slightly wobbly but it is otherwise in excellent condition. Complete with original ribbon.
