Belgium : Belgian Army 1928 Pattern Rifle-shooting 1st prize Arm-badge.

Rare Belgian Army 1st Prize rifle-shooting competition award badge of the 1928 pattern. These were worn on the left upper-arm. Silver metal laurel-wreath with the principle design in gilt. The title scroll is interchangeable for the shooting class, eg. rifle, pistol, machine-gun, etc. The reverse bears two sets of double prongs for attachment to the uniform arm. Complete and in extremely good condition with only some ageing.
