Royal Highland Fusiliers Cap Badge.

Large (68mm high) anodised aluminium gilt flaming grenade with Queen's crown and the monogram 'HLI'. The reverse has two lugs with split-pin fixing. Excellent condition. The Royal Highland Fusiliers (Princess Margaret's Own Glasgow and Ayrshire Regiment) was formed in 1959 by merging The Highland Light Infantry with The Royal Scots Fusiliers. It existed until 2006, when it was merged to become the 2nd battalion of The Royal Regiment of Scotland
