Third Reich : Political Officer's Pebbled Rectangular Two-claw Belt-buckle.

Silvered finish pebbled rectangular buckle with double-claw fixing complete with original paper RZM 'Zweidornschnalle' label stapled in place. The inner face of one side of the buckle is stamped 'RZM M5 / 71' plus the matching 'oLc' logo of Overhoff & Co. of Lüdenscheid. The RZM M5 codes were for uniform accessories whereas M4 codes were for the plate-type buckles. Unissued condition with some very minor ageing.
