Russia : Set of Insignia of the Norilsk Cadet Corps.

Norilsk is a closed city in Siberia and this cadet corps is based in an educational institution in the city. The set of insignia consists of a shoulder title, a pair of epaulettes, a shoulder flash, a breast badge, two lapel badges for civilian dress and a screw-back award cross. The set is accompanied by a variety of documentation, leaflets, rank-charts, etc. I received these items direct from the cadet corps when I was involved in trying to set up an exchange visit with British cadet forces during the glasnost and perestroika period.. This set is probably unique in the western world.
