1914-18 German Cross of Honour for Combattants. (Ehrenkreuz für Frontkämpfer).

Introduced in 1934 to recognize WWI service and popularly known as the Hindenburg Cross. Bronzed iron cross (magnetic) with swords with ribbon. Plain reverse bearing the manufacturer's logo 'St.& L' indicating manufacture by Steinhauer & Lück of Lüdenscheid.
