Rare Victorian white metal waist belt clasp. Crown strap with 'Portsmouth' and crescent moon with star above to centre, and 3 part scroll underneath 'Civil Service Corps'. Remains in very good overall condition. Ref Hampshire and IOW by Woods Book 2 p61 item 5.1
