Italy : Pre-WW2 Cap Badge for (?) Railway Artillery Troops (?).

Hollow stamped brass badge with fixing-blades on the reverse. I have not been able to positively identify the badge which shows a flaming grenade over crossed cannons with what appears to be a rail-truck beneath.
